- Avoid contact with water, greasy substances (such as oils, creams, or make-up), perfumes, or any products containing alcohol.
- Should your item become wet, gently blot the surface with a soft, light-coloured, lint-free cloth. Allow it to air-dry naturally, away from any direct heat source.
- Keep your bag away from direct sunlight, intense heat, or prolonged exposure to artificial light, all of which may alter its colour or shape.
- Do not overfill your bag, as this may distort its original silhouette.
Handling & care
- Handle with care to avoid scratches or marks from abrasive surfaces.
- Prolonged contact between light and dark colours may result in colour transfer, particularly when in contact with clothing. We recommend taking care to avoid such contact wherever possible.
Storage
- When not in use, store your item in its protective cotton dust bag, away from light, in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place.
