Your order will be hand-delivered by our delivery service DHL, Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm. Delivery rates vary according to your country of delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email, enabling you to follow your order. You can also track this information directly from your customer account.

Delivery times are calculated in working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. They vary from 1 to 5 working days depending on the country of delivery.

Can I have my order delivered abroad ?
We currently deliver all over the world and cover all customs charges. You will only be invoiced for the transport fees when you place your order.
What should I do if I'm not at home at the time of delivery ?
If you are absent or you cannot be available for the delivery, a delivery notice will be left in the recipient's letterbox indicating the procedure to follow to schedule a second delivery. In case of a second absence, DHL reserves the right to drop off your package at the nearest DHL depot or Mondial Relay. You will have one week in which to collect your package from a Mondial Relay or DHL depot. You will then be asked to show proof of identity. After this one-week period, your package will automatically be returned to us.
What should I do if I haven't received my order ?
If you haven't received your order after 6 days and no delivery notice has been left, please check the status of your order using the DHL tracking number sent by e-mail and contact DHL.
What should I do if my product is damaged or if I have not received the product I ordered ?
In these cases, please contact CARVEN customer service before returning the item so that they can give you instructions on the procedure to follow. All you need to do is contact customer service by e-mail at customer.service@carven.com
