I’m not receiving your order confirmation or shipping emails, what should I do ?

These emails may occasionally be directed to your Junk or Spam folder, particularly if our email address is not saved in your contacts. To ensure you receive our communications, we recommend adding the domain carven.com to your safe sender list or spam filter.

 

I’m unable to complete my payment, what should I do?

If your payment is declined, please check that your card number and expiry date are correct. You may also wish to confirm with your bank that the transaction has not been blocked.

For security reasons, our Customer Service team does not have access to your banking details. However, we remain at your disposal should you require any assistance.
