Your order will be delivered directly to you by our courier, DHL, Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm. Delivery charges vary depending on your country of delivery.

Complimentary delivery is offered on orders of 1,000€ or more to France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, enabling you to follow its journey. This information will also be available via your customer account.

Delivery times are calculated in working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. They vary from 1 to 5 working days, depending on the country of delivery.

Order preparation and delivery times may be extended during periods of high order volume.

 

Can I have my order delivered internationally?

We currently deliver to a wide range of countries worldwide and cover all customs duties. Only the shipping fee will be charged at checkout.

 

What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

If you are not available or your parcel cannot be delivered, a delivery notice will be left in your letterbox, detailing how to schedule a second delivery attempt. In the event of a second unsuccessful delivery, DHL reserves the right to deposit your parcel at the nearest DHL collection point or Mondial Relay location. You will then have one week to collect it, presenting a valid form of ID. After this period, the parcel will be automatically returned to us.

 

What should I do if I have not received my order?

If, after six days, you have not received your parcel and no delivery notice has been left, we invite you to check the DHL tracking link provided in your email or via your customer account. If any delivery information appears to be missing or incomplete, we recommend contacting DHL customer service directly. For any other enquiries, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

 

What should I do if my product is damaged or if I have not received the item I ordered?

In such cases, please contact CARVEN’s online customer service before returning the item. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps. Simply write to us at: customer.service@carven.com.
