How do I place an order through CARVEN’s online store?

To place an order on carven.com, browse the site via the Store menu and explore the products available across the different categories. To purchase an item, select your desired size and click Add to Cart. Once you have added your items, you can review your selection by clicking Cart, then click Proceed to Checkout.

Your order will be prepared within 48 business hours and then handed over to our carrier for express delivery. Depending on the destination country, delivery takes between 1 and 5 business days from the date your order is dispatched.

 

What are the order processing times?

Any order placed before 12:00 pm (Paris time) is shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm (Paris time) are processed the following day. You will be notified by email once your parcel has been dispatched.

Please note that order preparation and delivery times may be extended during periods of high activity.


How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after your order has been placed. This email includes a summary of your order, along with a link allowing you to access your account and track the status of your order. Your order will progress through the following statuses: Confirmed“ to “Shipped“.

Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a further email confirming dispatch. This email will include a tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey.

 

How can I cancel or change my order?

Once your order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

However, you may still contact our Customer Service team at customer.service@carven.com to check whether your order has already been dispatched.

 

What should I do if my item is damaged or does not match my order?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we kindly invite you to contact our Customer Service team at customer.service@carven.com, including, where possible, a photograph of the item and its label. Our team will be pleased to assist you and guide you through the process.

 

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer an exchange service for orders placed through our online store.

If the size of your item is not suitable, you may return it using the prepaid return label within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a refund. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition, with all tags attached.
