How do I create an account?
To create your account on the CARVEN online store, enter your email address, which will serve as your login, along with the other required information in the appropriate fields.
How do I update my account?
To change your password or billing information, click on “My Account“ and enter your login and password. Once logged in, you will be able to view and update your personal information.
I’ve forgotten my password. How can I access my account?
Click on the “Forgot Password“ link, then enter the email address associated with your account. Your password will be sent to you by email immediately. If you do not see the message in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder.
How can I subscribe to the newsletter?
To suscribe to the CARVEN newsletter, enter your email address in the newsletter section at the top right of the page (“Subscribe“). You will then receive updates and news from the Maison.
How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter you receive.
What do you do with my personal information?
The information you provide to us to process your order is used exclusively within the scope of our commercial relationship. Under no circumstances will this information be shared with third parties or sold.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and correct your personal data.
Your credit card details are used solely to process your payment through our secure payment partner, Shopify Payments. We do not store any of your banking information.
Can I keep my shopping cart between visits?
You can recover the items you added to your cart, subject to stock availability, by following these guidelines :
- Log in from the same computer,
- Use the same browser,
- Use the same domain: https://www.carven.com/,
- Log in with the same customer account.
