How to make a purchase on the CARVEN online store ?

To make a purchase on the CARVEN store, simply browse the site and access to the items offered in the various categories. You can browse by item type or collection. Choose the items you wish to purchase by clicking on "Add to cart". Once your items are in the shopping basket, you can check the contents by clicking on the basket, then click on the "Proceed to checkout" button. Your order is prepared in our warehouse within a maximum of 48 working hours, then handed over to the delivery service to the country you have chosen. Delivery times are between 24 and 72 hours after your order has been handed over to the delivery service.

 

How long does it take to process my order ?

All orders validated before 12pm (GTM+1) are shipped the same day. After 12pm (GTM+1), orders can be processed the following day. You will be informed by  e-mail when your order has been shipped.


How do I know the status of my order ?

We send you a confirmation e-mail a few minutes after your order has been confirmed. In this  e-mail you'll find a summary of your order as well as a link allowing you to access to your account and track the status of your order. Your order will go through the following statuses : "Validated" to "Shipped".

When your order is handed over to the delivery service, you will also receive a new  e-mail indicating that your order has been handed over to the delivery service, with a tracking number so you can follow the progress.

 

How can I cancel or change my order ?

Once your order has been confirmed, you cannot modify or cancel it.

What should I do if my item is damaged or does not match my order ?

If one of your items is damaged or does not correspond to your order, please contact our Customer Service department by  e-mail at customer.service@carven.com.

 

Can I exchange my order ?

We do not offer exchange services.

If you have changed your mind about an item you have ordered, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and that the labels have not been removed.
