How do I place an order through CARVEN’s online store?
To place an order on carven.com, simply visit the “Store“ menu and explore the different product categories. To purchase an item, select your desired size and click “Add to Cart“. Once your items are in your cart, you can review its contents by clicking “Cart“, then follow the prompts by clicking “Proceed to Checkout“.
Your order is prepared within 48 business hours at most and then handed over to the carrier for express delivery. Depending on the destination country, delivery times are between 1 and 5 business days after the order has been handed over to the carrier.
What are the order processing times?
Any order placed before 12:00 pm (GMT+1) is shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm (GMT+1) are processed the following day. You will be notified by email once your parcel has been dispatched.
Please note that order preparation and delivery times may be extended during periods of high activity.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after your order has been placed. This email includes a summary of your order, along with a link allowing you to access your account and track the status of your order. Your order will progress through the following statuses: “Confirmed“ to “Shipped“.
Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a further email confirming dispatch. This email will include a tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey.
How can I cancel or change my order?
Once your order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
What should I do if my item is damaged or incorrect?
If this occurs, please contact our Customer Service team at customer.service@carven.com, attaching a photo of the item received if possible. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Can I exchange my order?
We do not offer an exchange service for online orders.
If the size of the item you ordered does not suit you, you may return it using the prepaid label within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and that all tags remain attached.
