Your order will be delivered directly to you by our courier, DHL, Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm. Delivery charges vary depending on your country of delivery.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, enabling you to follow its journey. This information will also be available via your customer account.

 

What are the shipping and delivery times?

Delivery times are calculated in working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. They vary from 1 to 5 working days, depending on the country of delivery. They reflect DHL Express transit times from France and exclude any potential customs clearance delays for destinations outside the European Union.

Order preparation and delivery times may be extended during periods of high order volume.

 

Can I have my order delivered internationally?

We currently deliver to a wide range of countries worldwide. We cover all customs duties. Only the shipping fee will be charged at checkout.

Please note: for deliveries to Saudi Arabia, South Korea or the United States, local customs authorities may request additional personal information (such as an identification number) to clear your parcel.

 

What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

In the event of absence or if delivery of your parcel cannot be completed, a delivery notice will be left in the recipient’s postbox outlining the procedure for arranging a second delivery. If delivery is unsuccessful again, DHL reserves the right to leave your parcel at a DHL Service Point or the nearest relay point. You will then have one week to collect your parcel from the DHL Service Point or relay point, upon presentation of valid identification. After this one-week period, the parcel will be automatically returned to us.

 

What should I do if I have not received my order?

If, after six days, you have not yet received your parcel and no delivery notice has been left, we invite you to check the DHL tracking information via the link sent by email or through your customer account. If any information required for delivery appears to be missing or incomplete, we recommend contacting DHL customer service directly. For any other enquiries, our Customer Service team remains at your disposal.

 

What should I do if my product is damaged or if I have not received the item I ordered?

In such cases, please contact our Customer Service team at customer.service@carven.com, attaching a photo of the received item if possible. Our team will guide you through the procedure to follow.
